Our 1:1 Packages are designed for you. Whether that's getting more time in the evening, having a predictable routine or longer naps, or simply longer stretches of overnight sleep. We can help.
Here's how it works:

I will ask you to complete a sleep log so I can fully assess your little ones sleep and their individual needs

I will talk this through with you and teach you how to implement a routine for specifically for them

I will work with you to find a sleep method that suits your and your child. I am parent-led which means we can discuss what is right for your personal situation. I use a number of methods, but no cry it out.

There is absolutely no judgement or pressure here. If something doesn't feel right, we will change it. This is your journey, and I am here to coach you as best I can.
Sleep Packages
After purchase a comprehensive questionnaire and routine log will be emailed to you. We will use this to do an in-depth analysis of your child's sleep issues to understand what is happening.
