Service Description

1 x 30 minute Phone Call to discuss your current routine concerns, whether that be facing bedtime battles, short naps or refusing naps altogether. I will give you advice on implementing a routine and outline reasons for any sleep problems. I will follow that up with a written nap routine for your babies age for you to implement at home. If you decide to upgrade to a Sleep Package the cost of the call will be deducted. No follow-on support or sleep plan is included with this call.
