Hi, I'm Lauren,
I am a mum of two toddlers, 18 months apart. I'm also a Baby Sleep Consultant.
I've had my fair share of sleepless nights, so I know where you're at. It can be relentless, and for me, the lack of sleep hit me so hard it led to post-natal depression. After my family reached out for help, and following a sleep plan our lives changed almost overnight, literally. From there, my passion for helping other families in the depths of sleep deprivation compelled me to start The Wide-Awake Club, a resource and guide for every parent googling 'WHY WON'T MY BABY SLEEP?' at 3am in the morning.
