Hi, I'm Lauren,

Yes, me too! Sleep (or lack of) completely took over my life when I first became a mum back in 2019. It felt relentless! The short naps, the hourly night waking, and the constant self doubt.

Fast forwards a few years, and The Wide-Awake Club was formed to support parents in the depths of sleep deprivation. I'm here to reassure you that you are not alone in this journey, to hold your hand when you need it most, and to create a plan that works for your wonderfully unique family.

What it's like working with us

Would (and have) definitely recommend Lauren. She is very calm, patient and flexible. I found having her on the end of the phone such a comfort and a confidence boost. We went from our son waking every 1-2 hours through the night and being almost impossible to transfer into his cot, to now often settling himself in the cot with minimal support and only waking up once or twice overnight (even occasionally sleeping through).
Lauren is kind and genuine and offered great advice.
