The Group Course is ideal for those of you who are exhausted and want to make changes to your little ones sleep, but don't feel like a 1-2-1 program is right for you. With these group courses you become your babies sleep coach. I will teach you how to work out the right wake windows for your baby, what sleepy cues to look out for and how to distinguish between an overtired baby or an undertired one. We will talk through the options you have to begin a settling method with your baby, and how to remain consistent with it.
During the course, I will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about your current situation. You will learn the main causes for night wakes, early wakes and split nights and the biggest cause behind 30 minute catnaps, and WHAT you can do about it.

The Group Course will invite a small group of parents to learn how to create a sleep plan that will work for your family. The course runs from the beginning of each month for 2 evening sessions, after which I will assess your sleep plan and make sure you're all prepared to start when you feel ready. Included is a months access to a private group WhatsApp where I will be available to answer your questions and your peers can offer the support and accountability to remain motivated whilst you make changes.
There will also be exclusive discounts to private WhatsApp support and additional support calls if you need them. These courses will run monthly and spaces will be limited.
GROUP SLEEP COURSE
This package covers everything from day naps to night sleep. After our initial chat I will send you a sleep history log to fill in over a period of 3 days before the course starts.
Itinerary for each session:
Session 1 1.5hrs- 7.30pm-9pm
I will ask you to set some Sleep Goals before our session
You will learn the science of sleep, the optimal sleep environment and the importance of routines.
We will also discuss how to implement a nap routine that will work for you and your baby
Session 2 1.5hrs- 7.30pm-9pm
During this session we will cover the in's and out's of self-settling, and the methods that would work for you.
I will coach you through writing a sleep plan using a template during this session
You will learn what impacts sleep, why your baby is waking in the night or early morning and what you can do about it
Following on from the course I will assess each of your plans, and offer 24hrs of 1-2-1 WhatsApp Support when you decide to start. You will then have access to a private WhatsApp group with your peers to encourage, support and cheer each other on.
